Steve was a referral from my mother in law (they played baseball together). Later it was discovered that he also knew my father and used to coach my baseball team. Derek and I were both extremely comfortable with Steve and we were not threatened to voice our true feelings about a property. He provided valuable insights into considerations that we (as first time home buyers) hadn’t considered. We felt he had a no-nonsense kind of attitude and felt his opinions were the truth. On that note, his feedback influenced our decisions greatly. We didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase just so Steve could get paid. I would definitely consider using Steve in the future if need be and based on our service; my parents in-law will likely use him as well. Thanks again Steve for helping us find our dream home!
Chelsea & Derek V. - May 2014
"Steve was great to work with during the listing and sale of our home. We knew it would be a protracted sale period and Steve was very helpful answering our questions and keeping us focused on our goal. This is our second transaction with Steve, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone looking for a market savvy professional realtor!"
Ralph & Karyn P. - April 2014
First of all, he is a great friend of ours and there was no doubt that he would be our choice in Realtor when the time came to buy and sell. He sold our house faster than we expected. And, not only did he spend hours and hours showing us houses to the point we were almost ashamed by it, when we mentioned the time and effort he was putting in, Steve pressed on and said, "That’s part of my job!“ He is very professional and we would recommend him to anybody to sell or purchase your home! He did both for us - well done Steve! Thanks, from both of us.
