All my clients sign a "Working with a Real Estate Agent" brochure which fully explains the type of personal information that will be collected and explains the agency role I will play in assisting you with your real estate transaction. I do not collect information about my visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations. Privacy Compliance My privacy policy is compliant with the provincial Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA"). In order to demonstrate that my privacy policy accords with the above privacy instrument, I am voluntarily committed to a Self-Assessment procedure. If you want your name removed from my client database at any time, you need only to contact me and request it.
